The Golf Club Ulm e. V. wishes to provide all members with a golfing home. Whether young or old, leisure-time or competitive athletes, beginners or professionals – here golfers can feel at home.

Carefree rounds of golf in the lovely natural landscape of the Wochenau and among friends is the objective which drives the Board, the employees and the members. Friendliness and respect are the basic principles for collaborative actions and dealings with each other.

It is no secret that the golf course in the former "Gräflich von Fugger'schen Hofgut Wochenau" (The Wochenau manor farm of the Fugger Counts) is one of the most beautiful golf courses in southern Germany, and Ulm’s primary address for golfing. The Golf Club Ulm is listed as one of the "Leading Golf Clubs of Germany". It is the aim of the Association Management to implement this guarantee of quality and enjoyment of the game on a superbly-maintained golf course, assistance by friendly, competent employees and pampering through outstanding catering represent the club’s own standards and its promise to its members and guests.

In order to guarantee these standards sustainably, it is the Club’s declared objective to preserve and protect the natural landscape with its diversity of flora and fauna. For this reason, the Golf Club Ulm e.V. has joined the environmental program "Golf & Nature" by the German Golf Association (DGV)

"Golf & Nature" represents the following environmental focusses:

• Nature and landscape
• Maintenance and playing operations
• Work safety and environmental management
• Public relations and infrastructure

Here, too, the aim is to combine optimum conditions for the sport of golf with maximum protection of the natural surroundings!

The promotion of youth – and therefore also the integration into our community and preservation of the sporting competition and dealings with each other – is also an objective of the Association, its members and our Golf Academy, which provides a professional training adjusted to different age groups. Young talents provide the basis for our future and teams.

The sporting self-perception of the club permits the ambitious sporting members to enter competitions and tournaments in teams of all age classes both state-wide and at a national level.

Every member can select between challenging tournaments or relaxed rounds with family or friends. The integration into the playing groups of the Golf Club – the family of the Golf Club Ulm e. V. – is of high priority for the Board.

In times of deadline stress and busy schedules, free playing without starting times is a luxury with which we indulge ourselves.
